• You provide me with your key discussion topics in order of priority. I will send you a questionnaire to help.

• I will review your plans in detail prior to the conference call

• the 1:2:1 video conference takes place

• You can record the call and/or take notes

• I am happy to come back to you on any points that require further investigation

• Access to our online knowledge base

• Further calls can be scheduled at a reduced rate

• This service can be a conference call with a maximum 3 attendees from your group - any more and we find the agenda suffers from mission creep
