Travelling by car for UK visitor

Calais to the French Alps is around 890km (570miles) and you should allow around 8 to 9 hours for the drive.

Travelling by train

We recommend checking on Google for the latest restrictions with taking your bike on the TGV. Reports suggest it must be in a bike box. Local trains and any Non TGV services tend to be kitted out with bike racks.
